What types of wood species do you offer?
We primarily manufacture our products in Maple, Cherry, and Poplar. However, we also offer a wide selection of species for custom orders, including White Oak, Walnut, and Mahogany to match your specific project needs.
How are your architectural mouldings shipped?
To ensure your order arrives in pristine condition, we ship via specialized freight carriers or ground services depending on the length and weight. All items are securely crated or tubed to prevent warping or damage during transit.
Are your wood carvings hand-finished?
Yes, our Mon Reale and Ultimate Collection carvings are manufactured with high-definition technology and then hand-finished by skilled artisans to ensure the crispness of detail and historical accuracy.
Do you offer custom design services?
Absolutely. White River specializes in custom profiles and bespoke carvings. You can provide a sketch, a physical sample, or a CAD drawing, and our design team will work with you to bring your unique vision to life.
What is your return policy for stocked items?
Standard stocked items in resalable condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that custom orders and modified products are non-returnable.
How should I store my hardwoods before installation?
We recommend acclimating your wood products to the installation environment for at least 48-72 hours. Store them flat in a climate-controlled area away from direct moisture or extreme temperature fluctuations.
