At White River Hardwoods, we strive for perfection in every architectural detail, but if your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for standard stocked items in their original condition. Please note that custom-milled products and special orders are non-returnable due to their unique specifications.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your wood products in their original packaging, ensuring all delicate edges and profiles are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping and Labels
Affix the provided RMA number clearly on the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to the address specified by our support team.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned hardwoods for damage or alterations, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee.
